You will ensure they have technical expertise, instructional skills, and confidence to deliver high-quality equipment operator training. This includes guiding them through best practices, supporting knowledge transfer, and maintaining consistency in training standards across locations. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of client training programs and contribute to operational excellence.Ideal candidate profile:

With a strong operating background, you confidently guide trainers to master complex systems and deliver consistent, high-quality instruction. Flexible and proactive, you're ready to travel extensively (up to 75%) to support client training programs.Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months' experience as an equipment operator. Post-secondary education diploma is an asset. Experience as a trainer is an assetSkills/Experience Required:
Practical, analytical, and technologically proficient Team-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and instructional skills Must be able to perform all equipment operator tasks Ability to work at heights up to 100 feet (30 meters) with training and PPE, such as fall protection harness Ability to work in temperature conditions ranging from 55°F to -15°F (13°C to -26°C), (PPE provided) Must be able to work, days, evenings, nights, and weekendsKey Responsibilities:
Deliver all types of onsite training related, but not limited, to operations aspects Provide and monitor on-the-job training Perform evaluation of trainee learning retention Perform on-site evaluations of client trainers during the certification and recertification process to verify adherence to standards Complete and submit all documentation related to training completions Support new employees Perform weekly walkthrough for verification of work methods Participate in monthly trainer meeting Help create and keep up to date training documents Participate in the creation/maintenance/review of operations documents Participate actively on improvement projects Availability to travel up to 75% as required for training or support Perform other related duties as assignedSimilar remote jobs
