Job Description

Summary As the National Partnerships and Events Coordinator , you'll be at the center of bringing communities together through play & recreation, building meaningful relationships with industry partners, elevating the Superior Recreational Products brand, and creating unforgettable experiences across the country and beyond. This role leads the planning, execution, and management of local, regional, and national events that strengthen partnerships, spark engagement, and showcase the impact of Superior Recreational Products in key markets. You'll bring ideas to life through strategic sales and marketing initiatives, including event creation and execution, budget management, trade show planning, merchandising, logistics, sales tool development, agency marketing coordination, branded photo and video productions, and both in-person and virtual sales training experiences. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and execute all Superior Recreational Products, Worlds of Wow, and SPI tradeshows and events by coordinating logistics, booth design, product selection, merchandising, and employee and customer communications. Support Sales by overseeing the Annual Partner Meetings, product training, and all other national, regional, and local events; job duties include merchandising, logistics, agenda, food/banquet menus, employee and dealer communications, etc. Manage sales training and the development of presentations, photos, and videos. Point of contact for marketing needs at the Partner level with responsibilities including but not limited to the creation of sales presentations, advertisements, tradeshow graphics, and more. Manage social media efforts by assisting with planning, content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement across all business units Assist with marketing and sales initiatives through email blasts, website updates, and photoshoots Manage digital and physical dealer tools such as the dealer resource library, material sample kits, color swatch cards, and more by keeping them up to date, replenishing stock, distribution, and more. Provide marketing support internally to other departments such as Human Resources, Operations, and more through email blasts, swag ordering and management, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred, with a focus in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will also be considered. Minimum of 4 years of experience in related role event planning, project management, marketing coordination, or a related role, with proven ability to manage multiple projects, events, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment and Physical Requirements This position works in a standard office environment containing furniture and equipment needed to conduct common business activities. These items include desks, chairs, cubicle walls, phone systems and cords, fax machines, copiers, conference room tables, computer systems and file cabinets. Travel Minimum travel required for meetings and tradeshows, up to 25% Computer Skills Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Illustrator. Hands-on experience with HubSpot is highly valued. Other Requirements High attention to detail Strong cross-functional communication skills. Other Skills Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and a willingness to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
