National Trails Day®: Hot Springs Edition

Join the Carolina Mountain Club for American Hiking Society's National Trails Day® on Saturday, June 6 from 9 am - 3 pm . Activities will be focused on helping the Appalachian Trail and area trails near Hot Springs. This weekend event is designed for individuals who may be new to trail work - enjoy the chance to learn from experienced trail maintainers! All are welcome; no experience is necessary, and you do not need to be a member of the Carolina Mountain Club (CMC) to participate. Families and youth are welcome, though all youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or youth organization. All necessary tools and personal protection equipment will be provided. Please wear long pants and a long-sleeve shirt. Bring work gloves, a rain jacket, lunch, snacks, and water. After the workday, join us for an afterparty at Big Pillow Brewing.
