What You'll Do:

Respond to internet leads quickly and professionally Engage with customers via email, phone, text, and chat to guide them through the buying process Maintain an up-to-date online inventory presence Coordinate appointments and follow up like a pro Work closely with the sales and finance teams to close deals Help riders get on the road — and keep them coming back ✅

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and computer skills Prior sales or customer service experience (motorcycle industry a big plus!) Knowledge of motorcycle brands, models, and accessories A go-getter attitude and relentless follow-up skills Ability to manage a high volume of leads and multitask effectively Passion for motorcycles and riding culture is a MUST What's In It For You?
