(TITLE 32), GS-0343-10, you will analyze maintenance capabilities, production effectiveness, equipment reliability, areas of deficiency, and trends of various small maintenance shops; review, extract, analyze, and colle maintenance da and prepares maintenance summaries from reports submitted by subordine maintenance activities; advise when manpower authorizion appears unbalanced, based on analytical and stistical studies, as directed; prepare for and support the mission through the accomplishment of duties pertaining to military training, military readiness, force protection and other mission reled assignments including, but not limited to, training of traditional Guard members, CWDE/NBC training, exercise participion (ORE/ORI/UCI/MEI/OCI/IG, etc.), mobility exercise participion, FSTA/ATSO exercise participion, SABC training, LOAC training, weapons qualificion training, participion in military formions, and medical mobility processing within the guidelines of NGB/ARNG/ANG/Ste/TAG rules, regulions and laws. Experience using computer and automion systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
: Must have least 24 months experience which has provided a working knowledge of the Nional Guard organizional structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience analyzing, interpreting and developing policies and procedures of local management.
