The MSTC Team Lead is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all training and instructional activities at the designated Medical Simulation Training Center. The Team Lead provides oversight, direction, and quality assurance for a team of instructors, EMTs, and paramedics delivering simulation-based medical training in both classroom and field environments. Key duties include ensuring compliance with Army training standards, maintaining site accreditation, and serving as primary point of contact with the government and other stakeholders. We are not looking for individuals who can simply teach, we are looking for leaders who can perform, demonstrate, and set the standard in a training environment that mirrors the realities of the battlefield.
