View More Jobs Incineration Supervisor•Rotary Kiln Kimball, NE, United States Apply Now Job Description We Build with Passion•Clean Harbors Kimball, NE Incineration units are hiring a Facility Incineration Supervisor, reports directly to the Incineration Manager, and collaborates with Shift Supervisors, Board Operators, and Incineration Technicians to improve safety, facility compliance, and production efficiencies associated with operation of the incineration unit. Collaborates with shift supervisors, board operators, and facility technicians to achieve optimal unit conditions while maintaining safety and compliance. Operates the unit with direction from the Incineration Manager with details outlining feed parameters and unit conditions. Confers with Engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information Monitors all standard operating procedures for maintenance and production and works to continuously improve SOP's Implements regulatory compliance, including permitting, by resolving operational issues Utilize process engineering concepts to determine recommendations for process or operational improvement. Collaborate with Facility Engineering to implement improvements through the MOC process to execute changes. Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent•required Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical•

Ability to work in team environment Knowledge of pumps, fluid transfer, and control systems Process simulation experience preferred (ASPEN, HYSYS, ChemCAD) Experience or desire to gain experience in operations environment Ability to analyze data in Excel, Python, or other applications to make informed recommendations Related experience, such as operations engineering, project management or process engineering Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, P&IDs, or computer-generated reports Mechanically inclined Valid Driver's License required Punctuality and attendance required Respirator fit test upon hire•clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
