This is a performance-based position — you are paid per batch completed, not per hour. Pay $70 per 250 door hangers completed Most team members complete 250 in 3 hours Equivalent to approximately $20 per hour depending on pace Faster workers earn more per hour — your earnings depend on your efficiency High performers can request multiple batches per day Paid as a 1099 independent contractor. Responsibilities Walk assigned neighborhoods and place one door hanger per home Follow provided route map Complete assigned batch (250 homes) accurately Work safely and respectfully in residential areas Requirements Must be dependable and self-motivated Comfortable walking several miles per shift Able to work independently without supervision Smartphone required for route tracking Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat Able to maintain steady walking pace for several hours

Pay:
