This is an outdoor walking role. You'll be given assigned routes, door hangers, and clear daily expectations. Your job is to walk neighborhoods, place door hangers properly, track your route, and represent the company professionally. This is a good fit for someone who is reliable, active, self-motivated, and wants an opportunity to grow with a local company. We are not looking for someone who just wants to "get through the day." We want someone who can work independently, stay consistent, and take pride in doing the job right.

What You'll Do:

Walk assigned residential routes Place door hangers neatly on front doors Track completed routes using GPS/location tracking Report daily progress Represent Ember Exterior Care professionally in neighborhoods Follow instructions and complete routes consistently

Requirements:

Reliable transportation Smartphone with location/GPS tracking Comfortable walking for several hours per day Able to work independently without being watched all day Reliable, on-time, and consistent Good communication Respectful around homes and neighborhoods Must be able to follow route instructions

Pay:

Starts at $18/hr Performance bonuses available after training Full-time opportunity for the right person Growth opportunity as the company expands
