Dispatcher - Burleson / Fort Worth Area Shannon NEMT is a family-owned non-emergency medical transportation company built on reliability, compassion, professionalism, and teamwork. We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Dispatcher to join our growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who can stay organized in a fast-paced environment while communicating professionally with drivers, facilities, hospitals, and passengers. Schedule Monday-Friday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM At least one scheduled weekend per month required Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally Coordinate transportation trips using dispatch software Communicate with drivers, facilities, hospitals, and passengers Monitor trip statuses and adjust schedules as needed Handle high-volume situations calmly and efficiently Maintain accurate trip information and documentation Support daily operations to ensure reliable transportation service Qualifications Strong multitasking skills Attention to detail Ability to perform under pressure Professional communication and appearance Dependable and punctual Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others Experience No experience required Paid training provided Benefits After one year of employment: 401(k) with employer match 40 hours of paid time off Why Join Shannon NEMT?
