• Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking RELIABLE and professional NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) Drivers (No degree or certificate required, we provide any necessary training) to provide safe and efficient transportation services for clients requiring medical transportation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in driving, with excellent customer service and communication skills. This role involves operating various types of vehicles, including Cars, SUVs, Minivans, and Wheelchair Vans to ensure timely and comfortable rides for passengers. A strong focus on safety, vehicle maintenance, and customer satisfaction is essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Safely operate a variety of vehicles to transport clients to medical appointments, hospitals, or other destinations Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles, providing courteous and professional customer service Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transit by adhering to traffic laws and company policies Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle safety and reliability Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate schedules and address any issues promptly Handle heavy lifting when necessary for loading or unloading mobility aids or luggage (some patient equipment) Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger details as required Follow all safety protocols related to driving and vehicle operation Experience Driving experience preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics is a plus Experience in passenger transportation services such as paratransit or non-emergency medical transport is advantageous Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (No CDL required) with a clean driving record, Must be 23 years or older for insurance purposes Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and handle physical demands of the role We are looking for individuals that : Can pass a drug screen Can pass an alcohol screen Complete/pass Background check Individuals must be able to: Work varying hours on a day-to-day basis (sometimes starting at 4 A.M. or working as late as 10 P.M.)
