Seeking a Neonatal NP to join a great team in Sunny Florida! New Grads are welcome to apply. Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) -
Florida Panhandle Position Type:
Permanent, Full-Time (Flexible 24-Hour Scheduling)

III NICU
(Regional Referral Center) Position Overview A premier national healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join a highly respected neonatal team along the Florida Panhandle. Operating within an in-house model providing 24/7 coverage, this role manages an average daily census of 19 patients in a 28-bed Level
III NICU.
The facility supports approximately 2,700 annual deliveries and represents the only NICU provider within a 50-mile radius. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced clinical management and daily rounding for critically ill neonates. Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitations. Perform specialized NICU clinical procedures based on competency. Collaborate closely with neonatologists, a dedicated transport team, and full subspecialty services. Utilize strong clinical judgment to drive autonomous NNP decision-making. Potential to participate in educational opportunities involving rotating medical students. Requirements Master's degree or higher in Nursing (MSN). Current APRN national specialty certification (NNP). Active Florida APRN license, or eligibility to obtain. Active DEA license (Required prior to start date). Recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days active) required for presentation.
Experience:
Prior Neonatal/NICU clinical experience and procedural competency are required.
