Assists as directed in the maintenance of wired and wireless network communications. Assists with phone configuration and trouble shooting. Uses knowledge of Wi-Fi/LAN/WAN systems to assist in maintaining internal and external networks. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under general supervision. Knowledge of Cisco based network equipment. Requirements 2 years Freeman Health internal IT experience OR 2 years external server administration role or equivalent. Clean driving record. Current driver's license.
