Immediate Opening About Us We are a busy neurofeedback clinic as part of an integrative healthcare center specializing in anxiety, mental health, ADHD, sleep issues, holistic health, and wellness services. Our team works collaboratively with multiple healthcare providers to support patients throughout their treatment journey. We are currently seeking a motivated, compassionate, and a dependable Neurofeedback Technician to join our team long term. This role is ideal for individuals interested in healthcare, mental health, neuroscience, psychology, or patient-centered care in a clinical setting. Position Overview The Neurofeedback Technician will assist in guiding patients through their neurofeedback care journey from intake through ongoing training sessions. This role involves direct patient interaction, neurofeedback session setup and monitoring, and coordination with other departments within the healthcare center. Training begins immediately upon hire and will be conducted alongside experienced technicians. Following the training period, technicians will be expected to independently manage neurofeedback sessions, maintain patient workflow, and support day-to-day department operations. Responsibilities Assist with patient intake and onboarding Set up and prepare EEG/neurofeedback equipment Monitor and conduct neurofeedback training sessions Perform hands-on preparation for patients during neurofeedback sessions, including placement of EEG sensors/electrodes Support patients throughout sessions and ensure comfort Document session notes and patient observations accurately Coordinate with providers and staff within health departments Maintain organization and workflow within the department Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed Clean and sanitize equipment between sessions Provide compassionate and professional communication with patients and staff Qualifications Interest in healthcare, psychology, neuroscience, mental health, or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional demeanor Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Comfortable learning clinical technology and software Ability to multitask in a healthcare environment Comfortable working independently after training Prior healthcare, customer service, or patient care experience is preferred but not required Ideal Candidates Individuals seeking part-time clinical experience Candidates interested in integrative or holistic healthcare Reliable individuals looking for long-term growth opportunities Those comfortable working directly with patients in a healthcare setting What We Offer Hands-on experience in neurofeedback and integrative healthcare Direct training and mentorship Supportive and collaborative team environment Valuable patient care experience Opportunity for additional hours and expanded responsibilities over timePay:
