Indianapolis, IN The Opportunity A long-standing, physician-owned neurology group in Indianapolis is hiring 2-3 general neurologists as they continue to grow into 2026-2027. This is a true private practice model—no private equity, no bureaucracy—serving multiple major health systems across the city with real flexibility and long-term income upside. What You'll Be Doing General neurology with a flexible clinical structure Mix of outpatient + hospital exposure (optional additional coverage) Shared call (~1:6 rotation) Ability to incorporate subspecialty interests What Makes This Different Physician-controlled scheduling (full or part-time options) Established, respected group (50+ years in market) Coverage across multiple major hospital systems Built-in additional income streams (procedures, infusion, etc.) Opportunity to participate in research/clinical trials if desired What They're Looking For General Neurologist (MD/DO) Open to both new grads and experienced physicians Interest in subspecialties like: Movement disorders Epilepsy EMG Strong ties to Indiana strongly preferred Compensation Competitive base + full benefits Significant long-term earning potential tied to productivity Private practice model with income growth over time Location Multiple sites across Indianapolis.
