New Accounts Representative

Processes all new account transactions Builds customer relationships Assists customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services Opens, maintains and closes all account types Promotes the company's services, answers customer questions and directs customers to appropriate departments Performs branch clerical duties Other duties as required High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Financial institution experience a plus Good communication and interpersonal skills Good work ethic and detail oriented Type 25 WPM and proficient in utilizing PC, software, and other office equipment Teamwork and dedication to developing strong relationships with coworkers Able to move up to 25 pounds and able to sit or stand for long periods of time Good vision (correctable), hearing, and manual dexterity Able to work a flexible Monday through Friday schedule
