Portland-Eugene & Surrounding Growth Corridors, Oregon Type:
Full-Time | Outside Sales /Business Development Base Salary:
$60,000- 80,000 depending on experience
Commission:
Uncapped, tied to gross margin — transparent structure with strong recurring upsideOTE:
$125,000- 200,000+ (top performers earn more) Vehicle Allowance or Company Vehicle

Qualifications and Experience Required:
3+ years of B2B outside sales experience — construction industry strongly preferred Proven track record of self-generating business through networking and relationship development Strong communication skills — equally comfortable with a VP of Construction and a job site super Highly organized and self-directed; you manage your own time and pipeline without being chased Experience selling roofing, building materials, or construction servicesPreferred:
Ability to read architectural plans and perform basic take-offs Existing relationships with Oregon-area builders, GCs, or developers CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Pay:
$125,000.00- $200,000.
