We are seeking cleaning cleaning professionals in: New Jersey who want to help our company expand from New York into New Jersey. We are looking for close to NYC (Bergen County) and down into Middlesex County and South New Jersey as well. We have contracts with offices and other commercial spaces all across the Tristate area. We are also looking for cleaners who specialize in home cleaning and residential cleaning. If you have a vehicle, please mention in your reply. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or hotel settings. This role is essential for ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents, contributing to their overall satisfaction and comfort. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented for use. Conduct floor care activities, including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly. Assist with light cooking duties as needed, ensuring meals are prepared according to dietary preferences or restrictions. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping management is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in residential or hotel settings. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Attention to detail with a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with sanitization practices and health regulations related to cleaning processes.
