We are a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to children and families in our community. As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for a compassionate, organized, and relationship-focused New Patient Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role is often the very first impression families have of Beelieve, making it an incredibly important part of creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every child and parent who walks through our doors. Job Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm Guide new families through the intake and onboarding process Schedule evaluations and analyze schedule to find ongoing appointments Review referrals and intake paperwork for accuracy Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Communicate with families, physicians, and referral sources Follow up on missing documentation and coordinate next steps Collaborate closely with scheduling, therapists and administrative teams Help create a welcoming, supportive, and positive experience for all families Why Beelieve?
