We provide the office, use it if you want, don't if you don't! Business Phone Number & Email — You'll be able to easily keep your personal life and business separate because on day one, we will provide you with a business number and email address to use. Headshots — Each month, we offer the opportunity for our agents to get new headshots. This way, your marketing materials can stay fresh. Personalized Page on Team Website — We want to help you build your own name in this industry. We provide a custom page of our team site just for you. This will help you build your name and brand. A transaction coordinator and contract concierge handling the paperwork so you stay in front of clients Full tech stack set up and ready, including Follow Up Boss, our custom home search app, a business email account, a business No monthly fees. $120,000+ yearlyResponsibilities:
Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Follow up with the leads we provide and build real relationships with buyers and sellers. Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in a way that highlights their unique features and benefits. Conduct buyer and seller consultations using the scripts and frameworks we'll train you on, utilizing our comprehensive CRM system to manage client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication. Host open houses and show homes in the Jacksonville area. Work closely with our transaction team to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, allowing you to focus on client engagement and sales activities.Qualifications:
