NGM - Drilling Services Supervisor

Position Description:

The successful candidate will partner with Drilling Services and Geology teams to ensure drilling programs are executed according to plan and in compliance with all Nevada Gold Mines Safety and Health, Contractor Management and Environmental policies and applicable regulatory agency guidelines. Responsibilities:

Review project scopes of work and support drill planning Provide technical advice on the suitability of proposed drilling methods to achieve project objectives Ensure drill sites are constructed within design parameters and ready for occupancy Ensure drill rigs are property set up Provide detailed daily activity reporting Accurately reports status updates on hole conditions, sample quality and recovery and delays to drilling Liaison with Mine Operations personnel Ensure all down hole surveys are performed to client specifications Inspect equipment and laydown areas Manage inventory of consumables Participate in contractor safety meetings and incident investigations Conduct visible felt leadership interactions with drill contractors

Qualifications:
