Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-NICU Job Type Contract Step into a role where your expertise truly makes a difference: deliver critical care to neonates and their families in a dynamic Level
III NICU
environment. As a Registered Nurse providing specialized neonatal intensive care, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the most vulnerable patients through collaboration, compassion, and evidence-based practice.
Schedule:
12-hour overnight shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:30
AM Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year recent (within the last 3 years), full-time equivalent experience as an RN in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Graduate from an accredited nursing program Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification Proficiency in delivering specialized care to critically ill neonates
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field Seven years of recent Level
III NICU
experience (within the last ten years)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive care to neonates in a Level
III NICU
setting, including monitoring, medication administration, and implementing specialty care protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and execute individualized plans of care Support families during admission, treatment, and discharge processes, providing education and emotional support Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards Participate in ongoing professional development and training to uphold the highest standards of neonatal care If you are dedicated to delivering excellent, family-centered care in a fast-paced neonatal unit, we encourage you to apply today.
