Job Description

Responsible for checking guest in and out. Preparing the night audit. Answering phones, transferring calls, answering guest questions. Assisting guest with possible issues. Providing exceptional customer service. Operating a cash drawer. Must be able to work Friday and Saturday nights, along with evening shifts.
