Night Auditor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional customer service abilities.

Duties:

• Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
• Verify and balance guest accounts, including room charges and taxes
• Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial activities
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the night shift
• Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
• Familiarity with phone systems and hotel reservation software is a plus
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours
