This energetic role combines guest relations, front desk management, and administrative duties to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests. As a Night Auditor, you'll be the key point of contact for late-night arrivals, departures, and guest inquiries, all while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and security. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help uphold our reputation for exceptional service and operational excellence. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth Check in and check out guests efficiently, ensuring all billing details are accurate and complete Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest requests, reservations, and inquiries with courteous phone etiquette Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting discrepancies promptly Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, patrolling public areas, and controlling access to restricted zones Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support operational transparency Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns promptly, offering local information, and ensuring guest satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on guest services Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally under pressure Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and front desk technology Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Previous hotel experience in resort or hospitality environments is preferred Join us as a Night Auditor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest.
