Night Auditor/ Front Desk Clerk

Must be available for overnight shifts (11PM-7AM), weekends and holidays. Job does entail food handling; Food handler's card will be required. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities as well as preparing and restocking breakfast items. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. Some experience required; will train upon hire. Looking for serious candidates only. Job Responsibilities included but not limited to: Customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and effective phone etiquette Night audit procedures and hospitality management Ability to communicate effectively, in multiple languages is a plus Guest relations and maintaining a welcoming environment Preparing and maintaining breakfast set up in the morning
