Night Auditor / Front Desk Hotel

Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest requests and inquiries promptly. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and accounting records. Handle guest relations by resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high levels of customer service. Maintain security by conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure smooth hotel operations. Support front desk operations by managing reservations, updating guest information, and coordinating special requests or accommodations. Qualifications Proven experience in Night Audit or hotel front desk operations; previous hotel experience is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Knowledge of hotel systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable. Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel security protocols is beneficial.
