This role combines overnight front desk operations with morning breakfast service to ensure guests receive outstanding service around the clock. The position includes 2 days working night audit and 2 days as breakfast host. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment. Duties Manage overnight front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly Answer and direct calls using professional phone etiquette Prepare and host breakfast service in a welcoming environment Monitor hotel safety and security procedures Maintain accurate shift reports and audit documentation Experience Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred Knowledge of night audit procedures and guest service operations Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with hotel software and multi-line phone systems preferred Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Bilingual skills are a plus Join us to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences around the clock!
