At Hillside Medical Lodge, we understand that the night shift requires a dedicated, cohesive team that looks out for one another. Our leadership is committed to ensuring you have the supplies, staffing ratios, and support needed to provide excellent care throughout the night. Position Overview We are hiring an RN or LVN to join our team. You will provide direct nursing care, monitor resident health, and support CNAs in daily care. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to our residents' quality of life. Responsibilities Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the physician or DON. Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders. Supervise CNA staff on the floor to ensure care standards are met. Complete thorough documentation of clinical observations and interventions. Manage admissions and discharges occurring during the shift. Provide compassionate end-of-life care and post-acute rehabilitation support.

Qualifications Certs & Licensure:

Current, valid Texas LVN or RN license in good standing. CPR certification required, but can be provided by facility.

Education & Experience:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility is preferred.

Skills:

Strong clinical assessment skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and a team-oriented mindset.

Schedule Night shift:
