12-Hour | Night Shift Job Overview We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one homecare for medically complex patient. Nurses will work closely with patient and family while delivering high-quality skilled nursing care in the home setting under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. This role is ideal for nurses who are comfortable caring for medically fragile patients and want to make a meaningful impact in their patients' lives. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care following the patient's individualized plan of care Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams Provide physical and emotional support to patients and their families Assist with rehabilitation activities that promote development of daily living and social skills Provide personal care including bathing, oral hygiene, hair care, nail care, dressing, and diapering Reposition, transfer, and assist patients with mobility and elimination needs Administer medications orally, subcutaneously, intravenously, or through feeding tubes Monitor patient responses to treatments and medications Observe and report changes in patient condition Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Assist with reviewing medication administration records (MAR) Required Qualifications Active Florida RN or LPN license Current CPR and First Aid certification Pediatric nursing experience, preferably with medically complex patients Ability to pass a Level II background check Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs Strong communication and documentation skills Excellent attention to detail and time management Ability to travel to patient homes within service areas Required Clinical Skills Experience with the following conditions and procedures is required: Tracheostomy care Tube feeding (G-tube / feeding tubes) Wound care Oxygen therapy / oxygen-dependent patients Neurological disorders including seizure management IV therapy Preferred Clinical Experience Premature birth and neonatal discharge care Chronic lung disease management Feeding and swallow difficulties Insulin-dependent diabetes management Failure to thrive cases Immune deficiencies Renal failure Spina bifida Organ transplant pre/post care Genetic and rare disorders Post-surgical pediatric care Colostomy / ileostomy care Benefits Competitive pay Flexible scheduling 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Health savings account (HSA) Flexible spending account (FSA) Employee assistance program Employee discount program Referral bonuses Apply today to join a supportive team dedicated to providing high-quality homecare to medically complex patients throughout Osceola County.Pay:
