Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Night Prep team member to join our culinary operations. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, ensuring food safety standards, and setting up kitchen stations for the upcoming day's service. Duties Prepare ingredients and components for upcoming shifts, including chopping, portioning, and assembling food items Follow strict sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and food processing machinery safely and efficiently Assist in baking and food production tasks to ensure timely readiness for service Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling techniques and knife skills during preparation Maintain accurate records of food production activities and adhere to food safety guidelines Support overall kitchen cleanliness by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment at the end of each shift Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is highly preferred Knowledge of food safety practices, HACCP protocols, and sanitation procedures is essential Familiarity with food industry standards related to food handling, processing, and manufacturing processes Mechanical knowledge or experience operating kitchen machinery is a plus Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and portioning accurately Experience with baking, culinary techniques, or food preparation roles will be advantageous Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Join us as a Night Prep team member where your culinary expertise and passion for food safety will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
