Night Shift Production Supervisor

gpac is partnered with a premier dairy manufacturing plant in Vernon County, WI, seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to join their leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a dairy professional to refine their management skills within a company that has been a staple of the industry for over 30 years, known for its fresh, locally processed, high-quality products. In this role, you will take full ownership of manufacturing, efficiency, inventory, safety, and maintenance for your shift. You'll be more than a manager; you'll be a strategic partner, collaborating with other departments to achieve facility-wide goals. You will lead an exceptional, highly trained team that is looking for a true leader to inspire them. Dairy manufacturing experience is required.

Responsibilities include:

Manage and coach the team to success, ensure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift Night Shift is 10pm-7am Sunday - Thursday Collaborate with other shift departments Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator Ensure safety of all employees Trouble shoot and work with Maintenance team. Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution The ideal candidate holds: 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing facility Need to be highly motivated, have great communication and leadership skills Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations Familiarity working with data management programs Strong understanding of GMP's and Food Safety Leadership mindset, great communication, and drive What is in it for you: Competitive Compensation Industry-Leading Benefits Career Growth Sinatra Brown Search Consultant gpac
