The Role:

Because we have a small team, this role offers a great variety of work. Tending and operating various equipment. Operating a forklift (we will train and certify you!). Performing routine quality inspections to ensure our products meet standards. Assisting with light-duty, routine machine maintenance and keeping the workspace clean. Jumping in to help with a variety of production tasks as needed

Schedule & Hours:

This position is 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday), 10 hours per shift.

Schedule options include:

2nd

Shift Schedule:

4:00 PM to 2:30 AM 3rd

Shift Schedule:

8:30 PM to 7:00 AM We can accommodate some flexibility in exact shift hours.

Note:

All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks per day.

No manufacturing experience is needed—full on-the-job training.

Detail Oriented:

You pay attention to the little things, ensuring the parts we produce meet our high standards and catching small defects during routine inspections.

Physical Requirements:

You must be comfortable being on your feet for the duration of a 10-hour shift and capable of lifting at least 30 pounds regularly.

Experience:

None required! Bring care, dedication, a great work ethic and we will handle the rest.
