Mission Behavioral Health Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management, psychiatric care, and leadership skills to oversee our nursing department effectively. Mission Behavioral Health Responsibilities

• Develop and implementation of nursing policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Manage and supervise nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate patient care plans and ensure high-quality care delivery
• Oversee shift management to maintain adequate staffing levels and quality of care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Monitor and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Mission Behavioral Health Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in nursing management within a healthcare setting
• Proficient in medical terminology
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to lead and mentor nursing staff effectively

Mission Behavioral Health Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in acute care settings
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and operations
