Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule transportation services
• Utilize transportation management systems such as AAA FSL , Aries & Towbook
• Communicate with drivers, and other office personnel
• Monitor and update tow status
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues
• Maintain records of all activities with documentation
• Assist with fleet management tasks
• Answer incoming calls and inquiries

Experience:

• Previous experience in dispatching is preferred.
• Knowledge of AAA FSL, Aries, and Towbooks is highly desired.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
• Proficiency in using phone systems for communication purposes.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
