Night Watch- Security Guard

Overview We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Night Watch Staff to ensure the safety and security of our premises during nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to loss prevention, ensuring a secure environment for both staff and visitors. This role requires the ability to respond effectively to any incidents that may arise. Duties Monitor premises to detect any suspicious activities. Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure all areas are secure and free from unauthorized access. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, applying conflict management techniques as necessary. Complete kitchen duties in preperation for the next day including baking cookies, food preperation and cleaning. Complete dining room needs including mopping and resetting dining room for breakfast. Complete outdoor clean up including snow shoveling, salting walks, and cleaning up guest areas. Interact with guests to promote an enjoyable vacation experience. Experience Customer service experience is desirable. Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
