Nighttime Operations Manager (Security)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nighttime Operations Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our security guard teams during nighttime hours. This role requires a hands-on leader who is willing and able to cover shifts as needed to maintain seamless security coverage for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate, and support security guard staff during nighttime operations. Ensure all posts are covered and respond promptly to any staffing shortages, including personally covering shifts if required. Conduct site inspections and monitor guard performance to ensure compliance with company standards. Act as the primary point of contact for client needs and emergencies during night shifts Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new nighttime staff. Prepare nightly reports and communicate key issues to daytime management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in security operations management or a supervisory security role Willingness and ability to cover shifts on short notice Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Availability to work 50 hours per week, primarily overnight Must be authorized to work in the United States [Any required licenses or certifications]
