Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations for commercial interior projects. Maintain daily logs, conduct toolbox talks, and update Procore. Perform task analysis and ensure adherence to project schedules. Oversee quality control, particularly for ceilings, millwork, and high-end finishes. Coordinate look-ahead scheduling and ensure timely completion. Enforce safety standards and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a GC Superintendent (not trade-specific). Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes. Punctuality, flexibility, and excellent communication skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scotch Plains, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
