Minimum Qualifications Required:

Must be retired from active military duty. Must satisfy the criteria establish by the military for certification by the service as a Junior Reserve Officer Training Instructor (verification must be attached to application). Must have an exemplary military record. Must have a completed application on file. Please note: When selecting your credentials area, choose the Florida certificate area that you have or are eligible for. If applying from out of state, choose the Florida certificate area that matches your credential.
