Test Instrumentation SME

Position Description
ENSCO Inc is a diverse engineering and technology company that provides engineering, science and advanced technology solutions that guarantee mission success, safety, and security to governments and private industries worldwide. ENSCO provides technical subject matter experts to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
Duties will include:
Develop, manage, and implement instrumentation plans and methodologies to meet measurement objectives to support DTRA testing. Conduct research, development, and integration efforts for DTRA to maintain currency in state-of-the-art and emerging/developmental data acquisition systems and sensor technologies across the CWMD testing spectrum. Develop and implement rigorous processes to ensure new sensor and data acquisition technologies are properly investigated and validated prior to introduction into the DTRA inventory. Direct integrated product support and readiness teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities and continuous operational support. Develop and execute LCSPs, Product Support Packages, and DSOR analyses, and influence design through milestone reviews to improve supportability and affordability. Lead cross-functional government/contractor partners and drive cost-reduction initiatives while aligning cost, schedule, and performance objectives across the portfolio. Qualifications Required- Experience developing, managing, and implementing instrumentation plans and methodologies to meet measurement objectives in support of DTRA testing.
- Experience conducting research, development, and integration efforts to maintain currency in state-of-the-art and emerging/developmental data acquisition systems and sensor technologies across the CWMD testing spectrum.
- Experience supporting efforts to improve effectiveness of test instrumentation capabilities and address gaps in testing capabilities.
- Experience developing or implementing rigorous processes to investigate and validate new sensor and data acquisition technologies prior to introduction into an operational or organizational inventory.
- Experience developing test plans and methodologies to perform validation and verification testing of existing and emerging measurement diagnostic technologies and systems.
- Ability to support test teams and projects in a technical instrumentation role.
- Willingness and ability to travel in support of testing, including travel to Nevada National Security Site, NV and White Sands Missile Range, NM.
- Must have a current Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI level clearance for which you must be a U.S. citizen. Qualifications Desired
- Experience supporting Counter
WMD, CWMD, WMD
defeat, or related RDT&E testing.- Experience with state-of-the-art or emerging/developmental data acquisition systems.
- Experience with state-of-the-art or emerging/developmental sensor technologies.
- Experience validating measurement diagnostic technologies or systems.
- Experience identifying or filling gaps in testing or instrumentation capabilities.
CURRENT TS/SCI ADJUDICATED FOR A DTRA PROGRAM IS DESIRED FOR THIS POSITION FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN.

No Salary Range $108,825.60 - $140,000 USD REAL ID Requirement This position may require the ability to access to U.S. federal facilities.
