Collaboration Opportunities:
- Serving as a consultative partner, helping to identify opportunities for growth within health plan specialty management and Evolent. This Strategic Account Director will implement relationship best practices, understand and deliver upon strategic growth opportunities and drive value, while effectively communicating and increasing satisfaction at all levels of the partner organization.
What You'll Be Doing:
- + Lead and mentor a team that consists of Associate Director and Account Manager level associates, providing ongoing direction, feedback and support + Supporting an assigned book of business strategically to achieve objectives, including relationship development, growth, retention, and customer objectives.
- Preferred Experience We Look For;
- + Bachelors' Degree or equivalent work experience + 5 or more years in client or account management leadership roles + 5+ years broad-based Health Plan experience + Ability to find creative solutions in an ever-changing and growing environment + Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including at the C-level + Exceptionally high "Emotional Intelligence" and ability to connect with diverse constituents, actively listen, and identify key areas of sensitivity +
Travel:
