Miller Dedicated Services is immediately hiring a Non-CDL Delivery Driver in Ruther Glen, VA . As a completely outsourced transportation solution we provide career-long opportunities for Dispatchers, Transportation Managers, Account Managers, as well as, Over the Road, Regional, and Local driving positions

CDL A, CDL

B, and Non-CDL Drivers. Outstanding opportunity to join a family owned and operated business who is large enough to serve but small enough to care!

Schedule:

Monday

• Saturday (Saturday work required) Expectations are 3 days/week to be 8 Hour Days and 3 days/week to be 10-12 Hour Days, depending on routes

Start Time:

4:00 AM

• 6:00 AM, depending on routes Drivers will drive a 26 foot straight truck and deliver produce to retail locations.

You will be responsible for breaking down pallets into hand carts for each delivery and dropping deliveries in customer refrigerator. Typically will have 10-15 stops daily.

Pay:

$210 Daily Rate + Safety Bonus (paid quarterly) + Performance Bonus (paid weekly) + Attendance Bonus (paid weekly)
