Be valued by a collaborative, mission-driven team that respects your contributions Responsibilities include: Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities in a van or small vehicle Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle Ensure student safety during loading, unloading, and while in transit Adhere to all traffic laws and local rules Manage student behavior and maintain discipline in the vehicle Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to supervisors

Requirements:

21 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record School Bus Driver Permit (non-cdl permit + 8hr first divison class) 3 years of driving experience Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children Join Zūm to make a difference in students' lives while enjoying a rewarding career!
