No Weekends Pay Range:

$70,000

• $110,000+ per year (Hybrid Pay Plan) About Us Cain & Sons Auto is a well-established, busy independent repair shop known for honest service, strong workflow, and quality repairs .

We're not a high-pressure, chaotic shop. We run a structured, process-driven operation where technicians can focus on diagnosing and fixing vehicles properly. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair domestic and light import vehicles Electrical, drivability, and mechanical diagnostics Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) with photos and notes Complete repairs efficiently and correctly the first time Work as part of a professional, team-oriented shop Who This Job Is For We are looking for a true professional technician .

You should:

Have 3-5+ years shop experience Be strong in diagnostics (not a parts changer) Be comfortable with modern scan tools and electrical testing Take pride in your work and your workspace Be dependable and consistent Who This Is NOT For Entry-level or lube techs Anyone who guesses instead of diagnoses Techs who rush work or create comebacks People who need to be constantly managed Pay & Benefits Hybrid pay plan (guaranteed base + performance bonuses) $70K
