Weekdays:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Weekends:

10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible scheduling may apply based on community needs) 🔑 What You'll Do Greet prospective residents and provide professional community tours Showcase apartment homes and highlight features, amenities, and benefits Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely, friendly manner Process lease applications and assist with leasing paperwork Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, availability, and community offerings Support resident retention through excellent customer service Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach when needed ✅ What We're Looking For Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, polished, and energizing personality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team 🌟 Why Join BG Staffing?
