We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and experienced with dealership paperwork, titles, registrations, and compliance. PAY RANGE

Automotive Title Clerks in Texas are currently averaging approximately $19 $25+ per hour depending on experience Top dealership title clerks with strong experience can earn even more

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process vehicle titles and registrations accurately Submit paperwork to DMV and lenders Verify legal transfer documents Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Process trade paperwork and dealer documents Maintain organized records and filing systems Assist accounting office as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Automotive dealership experience preferred Title clerk experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and organizational skills Reynolds & Reynolds or dealership software experience is a plus
