CNA (AM) | LPN/RN (PM) | Accounts Receivable Kabul Nursing Homes, Inc. is currently hiring for multiple positions across our clinical and business office teams. Whether you are providing direct resident care or supporting operations behind the scenes, every role here matters.

Current Openings:

CNAs

• Day Shift (6A-6:30P) LPN/RN
• Overnight Shift (6P-6:30A) Accounts Receivable
• Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 8A-4:30P)

CNA:

Provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with ADLs Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition Maintaining accurate documentation Supporting nursing staff and promoting resident comfort and dignity

Requirements:

Active CNA certification Reliable attendance Ability to work as part of a team

LPN/RN:

Provide skilled nursing care and oversee clinical operations during overnight hours.

Responsibilities include:

Medication administration and treatments Supervising CNAs and coordinating care Monitoring residents and responding to changes in condition Documentation and compliance with facility standards

Requirements:

Active LPN or RN license CPR Certification IV Certification preferred Strong clinical judgment and independence Reliable attendance and professionalism

Accounts Receivable:

Support financial operations, resident billing, and accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and maintaining billing files for skilled nursing services Communicating with residents and responsible parties regarding accounts Entering and maintaining accurate financial and service data Posting payments and reconciling accounts Monitoring outstanding balances and collection activity Assisting with Medicaid processes and eligibility tracking Supporting audits and financial reporting

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Medical billing or accounting experience Strong attention to detail and communication skills Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing Why Join Our Team?
