NOW HIRING — Industrial Weed Spraying Technician

RC Weed Control growing and looking to add another dependable employee to our team servicing oilfield, industrial, commercial, and lease locations across West Texas. This is NOT a sit-at-home job. We're looking for someone who can handle working outdoors, driving long distances when needed, and putting in solid work without being babysat.

JOB DUTIES

Spraying weeds at oilfield and commercial locations Mixing chemicals correctly and safely Operating backpack and power spray equipment Driving company vehicle to and from job sites Keeping equipment and vehicle clean/maintained Taking before/after photos and communicating job completion Working independently in outdoor conditions

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license Must be dependable and show up on time Must be comfortable working in heat, dirt, wind, etc. Must be able to lift equipment and chemical containers Oilfield, ranch, ag, landscaping, or spraying experience is a plus — but we can train the right person Must have good communication and common sense

PAY:

Pay depends on experience, reliability, and work ethic. Raises and advancement opportunities available for the right employee. We are looking for someone long-term that wants to grow with a local West Texas company — not someone looking for a temporary paycheck.

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
