Following Positions:

Dishwasher Position Overview:

Our dishwashers are essential to keeping the kitchen running efficiently by ensuring all dishes, cookware, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for service. This role is critical to maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards while supporting the entire culinary operation.

Responsibilities Include:

Washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dish stations and kitchen areas Ensuring cleaning supplies and dish area equipment are stocked and maintained Assisting with trash removal and recycling Supporting kitchen staff with general cleaning and organizational tasks Maintaining sanitation standards throughout the kitchen environment Assisting with event setup and breakdown as needed

Utility Team Member Position Overview:

This role provides additional support to the culinary team by assisting with kitchen upkeep, organization, event support, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting kitchen staff with cleaning and organizational tasks Helping maintain overall kitchen cleanliness and sanitation Supporting breakdown and reset after events and performances Monitoring supply levels and alerting management when restocking is needed Assisting with maintaining a safe and orderly work environment Helping where needed to keep kitchen operations flowing smoothly
