Claremont, Covina, Charter Oak, Walnut, Glendora School Districts Pay Rate:

$20-$26/hr Do you have a heart for helping others and a passion for education? Join our team as a Behavior Aide and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adults with special needs. As a Behavior Aide, you'll work closely with school professionals and behavioral specialists to support students in achieving their educational and behavioral goals. This is more than a job—it's a chance to change lives.

What You'll Do:

Provide direct support to students with special needs in school settings Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of specialists Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families Track progress and help students reach their full potential

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent (required) At least 18 years of age Two (2) years of pediatric experience (preferred) Current CPR certification (if applicable) TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable) Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
